Most annoying gift I can get for a four year old

As an uncle to my little brother's four year old boy I feel it is my duty to purchase a Christmas gift that will annoy the crap out of my brother. Any suggestions?

Requirements:

• Must be £30 or less
• Must not be something he will use once and then never touch again - I hate tat.
• Must be appropriate for a four year old.

If all else fails, I'll say sod it and just get Lego.
