Hello, I have the following HP Laptop and would like to replace the ram - currently it only has 4gb so I am looking to upgrade to 8gb or 16gb.

LAPTOP MODEL: HP Laptop Model 15-da0595sa

Here is a couple of images of inside the laptop:

I have a couple of rams which have been taken from other laptops and I'm wondering if they will be compatible.

1x KINGSTON 8GB 1Rx8 PC4 - 2666V - SA1 - 11 HP26D4S9S8ME-8 9995624-e53.a00g 8112415-1831 - Image of ram: https://prnt.sc/qo9oc0

2x CRUCIAL 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM - 1.2V - CL17 - CT8G4SFD824A.C16FF - 376507 - 1D2F7D7B - Image of ram: https://prnt.sc/qo9o67

Does anybody know if any of these rams will work in this laptop?

If the answer is no, which ram would you recommend?

Thank you so much!

Okay so there's no reason to say that it won't work? - if I put it in the machine, can it work for now but cause problems later or if its not going to work then it will just fail to boot windows?
Does anyone know?

Hi, Can anyone give further advice on this please?

Basically my big question is that if it doesn't work, will it just fail boot windows?
Or is there a chance it will boot, but not function properly and later cause underlying issues which might not be obvious from putting it in and seeing if it works?

If the memory fails, the laptop will likely just not turn on, as I had with some second hand RAM. I've upgraded various laptops over the years, it's plug and go. Clip it in, power it up, if it boots that's all there is to it :)

You can stress test the RAM after fitting it to ensure of stability but should be fine mate.

Nothing bad gonna happen if they don't work, may just fail to boot up or cause system crashes/freezes but should be fine :)
