iCloud Sync Pause - Personal/Business

I will be getting a MBP for Work.

I will be taking it home and using it for personal/ work stuff.

Is there a good way to pause iCloud/iMessage with a do not disturb mode? I want to be confident going into meetings, I don't want imessages, calls, even gmail and other mail to come in

Do not disturb mode? not sure it'll turn off incoming mail, but will prevent the notifications from pinging up.

Thanks thats a good start

Incoming mail is pretty important though - Going incognito is not always an option but I can use Chrome sync pause... not sure about native Mail app tho?
