I bet somewhere in there, there’s a Barbie doll on a circuit board with crocodile clips attached to it.
Less of a problem now though as most boards come with a front panel connector block that makes it a lot simpler, without having to fiddle about with tiny plugs inside the case.Still amazes me that there isn't a standard connector for the jumpers that control the HD/PWR LEDS, PWR/Reset button etc. etc. I hate fiddling around with those *****.

My Gigabyte board came with a block.Gigabyte in 2003/2004 used to come with a “block” which was with customisable pins. I have no idea why maybe a cost saving not to supply a “block”.
