Smartening up an irregular concrete hard standing

A how to/suggestions thing really.

I would like to level it off and make it smarter

It has to be suitable for vehicles,

I do not want to have to dig up the existing concrete.

Some sort of block paving would look OK but I don't think conventional block paving over sand laid on the concrete would work.

(Drainage wouldn't work properly??)

Any ideas??

What about another layer of concrete over the top with a block paving type pattern stamped into it?

Still won't drain so you'll need a bit off run-off to it.

I wondered about this, I currently have a concrete panel garage on a concrete foundation. Is it possible to 'etch' the concrete or am I barking mad ?

I don't think you'd be able to change the existing concrete layer once it has cured. I was thinking of a fresh layer on top and stamping it before it has set.
It can look quite good:

I like that, that looks good.

The grooves should help with drainage as well.

Although if OP wants it for a driveway, that pattern might look a bit odd.
