Hi

My current PC is experiencing issues - (looping boot up) I have tried everything except a new motherboard , normally it boots after the 3-4th attempt - but now its not playing at all

So, if I want a new motherboard and processor which do I get - I'm thinking X570 and Ryzen 7 - but which ones ????

Im not wanting to spend a fortune but want a good base to upgrade the system from when funds become avail, I only use the PC for Sim Racing, and just want to get up and running again

Thanks in advance

what's the diff between a 450 and 570 Motherboard ?
Money aside - Pro / Con
nothing that will make any difference to you lol.

Bios? AMD have stated support until 2020 (Ryzen 4000) and all board OEMs have released bios updates on time for the last couple years...no reason to doubt this will be any different for the last generation of AM4 processors... especially with a board that's a best seller
VRMs? We're not recommending bargain basement b450...and tomahawk/mortar/pro carbon b450 can handle high core counts decently.
Sli? Lol dead tech
Pci-e 4? Pointless for GPU (and to a lesser extent, SSDs as i've already mentioned)
More SATA ports? How many does the average user use? how many do you use?
More nvme ports? See above
Usb 3.2? Maybe

So...
