Hi all.
My sisters Virgin Media hub 3 has a solid yellowy/orange light at the bottom of the router. I've looked at the support document and there is no status for this colour LED.
The other LEDs on the router are not lit.
When she restarts the hub the wifi and internet status lights either flash green or are solid green. Eventually they go out with just the bottom status light lit in yellow/orange colour.
Does anyone know what this status is?
Occasionally her fire stick and phone will connect and work but her 2 PCs won't connect at all.
