Nope App will be available on the 23rd, however if you have a US account on your ATV you can download the app but its region locked, it will let you log in and even loads a basic menu like pushing left on Netflix but every screen simply says not available in your region.
I do have a vpn but it's too much hassle to run the ATV through it without a dedicated app.

It's right there on their website, so either you're running a VPN or some other browser add-on that is making their site think you're not in the UK, or you need to speak to your ISP.
