I use a GROM BT3 in mine, it emulates a factory CD changer so you can control tracks from the steering wheel controls and all that. It's compatible with loads of OE stereos, would recommend it.

A Bluetooth to fm transmitter, I just bought one from imazin and its amazing Bluetooth 5,quality is amazing also tells me my car battery strength

Unless the car has a standard din radio slot and you can just slot in a new head unit, it's going to be a workaround and probably sound crap.
