So, two people live together (not married) arguably no relationship for the last decade,
The woman owns a property outright and half another property,
The guy has taken all the money from both properties for the last decade. Straight into his own account.
She has been the victim of gas lighting (they are going to court to split assets)
Initially I thought she should have paid the tax (its her asset) but then I thought I pay my agent 10% to collect the rent (I don't pay tax on that 10%) her agent (him) has taken 100%..
Anyone have experience of this sort of situation? Possibly she should be trying to claim back tax paid and putting hmrc onto him for unpaid tax..?
