I have a £200 limit are any of theses any good and are they better of lower output quality I have an i5 prossers and a Z370 3D gigabyte motherboard any help please

How much is a 1660 super? None of the cards you listed are an improvement on what you have.

As @jms198 says, don't bother with any of those. Some of the cards are slightly faster but not faster enough for you to really notice. (A rule of thumb is that you need about a 30% increase for it to be noticeable.)

The Gigabyte 1660 Super is a small stretch:

Don't get the single-fan cards as they'll be noisier and hotter. Gigabyte also has the advantage of having a rep here.

Hi thanks for your reply its not as a replacement its a new build I'm doing the graphics car I was goingbto use was the
Asus Geforce GTX 1060 GeForce GTX1060 Internal Graphic Card 6144 MB it was around £240 but it gone up to £400 not sure why

Even at 240 that is way overpriced for gtx 1060. If you got a decent power supply and saving the planet doesn't concern you then something like this would be a good upgrade.
