I have one of these set up and running but the fans are very noisy as they seem to be running at max 100% of the time rather than adapting to demand. Is there a way I can reconfigure or add something to get the motherboard to control them?

Its set up with the fans connected to the case's own power distributer and led controller that works with the remote that comes with it.

All the case fans are connected to it's own little hub that receives the remote control signal (as seen in the pic).
Could I just disconnect it and go in to the motherboard?

You could bypass the hub and go straight to motherboards headers yes, if you have enough for the fans, if not you could use fan splitter cables but that hub surely takes a speed reading from the motherboard otherwise they'll just at full pelt all the time so I would check the instructions/wiring

Thanks, seems I might have to bypass the hub then as I can only see power connecting it to any part of the build and nothing to the motherboard. The instructions that came with it are minimal to say the least...
