To be fair they don’t need much of an excuse to put prices up. Lowering them on the other hand..I remember people saying the current environment with people off work would bring prices down!
Depends what card you have at the time, if your coming from a 970 1060 / rx 570 then it may be worth getting a 2070 but if you have a vega 64, gtx 1070/80 then I personally would make do until the new Gpus as I've been doing sitting on my 1070ti with the 3070 in my sights or maybe an amd big navi card.I remember people telling me in December 2019 I be mad to buy a new 2000 series GPU as the 3000 series was being released very soon
