Sourdough bread

Hi I am venturing into making this myself and all I have is plain white flour.

Would that be fine to use?

You can use plain flour, you dont get so much of a rise and the end bread is a little more dense but still perfectly fine. Have you got a sourdough starter going yet?

Yea I do and I am on day 4 of it
