Did i must format XBOX ONE X before sell?I want to sell XBOX ONE X. And have credit card info in system when i bought a games.

It's best to restore it yes although it's not the end of the world if you've already sold, just change your Microsoft account password online and whoever has the console will no longer be logged in.
