I saw that @NikTheSHNIK was taking offers on b grade stock, so I put a cheeky bid in for this bad boy And it got accepted!
Having spent a couple of weeks with the panel and fully checked it for dead pixels, defects, light bleed I'm happy to report it's as good as new. Someone must've opened the box maybe tried it it once and decided it was too much monitor for them. There is a bit if black smearing in moving scenes in games but that's true of most VA panel monitors.
Definitely worth a punt on the b grade stuff if you're on a budget but still looking for quality.
