Some of you guys may remember me, I used to post under the username Rusty_Noob but had a name change, and I used to ride this thing.
I ended up selling it around 5 years ago when I moved out of my parents place and needed the funds, and didn't have the space living in a rented one bed property.
Fast forward 3.5 years I moved back in to my parents place while I was in the final stages of saving to purchase a property, and as I had a bit of spare change I picked up a second hand Giant TCR Advanced Pro frameset for £300 (bargain due to it's 60cm size)
Chucked on a set of cheap, but well regarded, Prime 50mm clinchers which came with tires - £400 brand new, and spent £600 on a new Ultegra R8000 groupset and have ended up with what I consider to be a beauty of a bike for roughly £1,500 finished!
Glad to be back in my lycra, and even more glad that lycra is forgiving and can put up with the fact I'm a good 15kg heavier making 100 watts less FTP! Time to get back to 300w+ and weight sub 100kg.
Oh, and it has a dedicated room in my owned property, on the turbo trainer too

The Mrs wanted to get involved too and managed to snap up this beauty for £850 - Full carbon, female specific, Specialized Amira with Full Ultegra 11 speed - it's far prettier than my bike.
