so what would you consider a min budget for a vintage watch that's worth actually buying?I'd steered clear from the 1980 vintage due to your budget. Getting a worthwhile watch of vintage within your budget or even close to it and with provenance proving it is wholly genuine, actually from 1980 and not in need of servicing etc was a big if not impossible ask.
That omega you linked to only approximates to 1980 too.
No harm in asking Watchfinder for a quote. I get the impression there's a lot of stock with not may buyers (understandable given the current situation).Could anyone recommend a couple of reputable places where I could potentially sell my 2017 Omega Seamaster 300m?
I've had a quick look at watchfinder but I see they get mixed reviews.
I'm just wondering if there's other semi-respected brands that could have something affordable and 40 years old (and working).
