Don't see anything in that worth the money.
That's PC for games five years ago.
CPU with like half the processing power of next-gen consoles...
In fact that CPU is literally re-re-rebranded five years old CPU!
Completely dead end platform with no good upgrade options ever thanks to Intel's greedy policies...
Low quality PSU...

And another weaker than in next-gen consoles graphics card won't make it any better.

Also unless having problems in anything more complex than pressing PC's power button, it would be better to buy Wintoys10 license from web to save budget for actual hardware.
The way Microsoft uses consumers as unpaid alpha testers for known to be buggy patches Microsoft should pay for people to Install Wintoys10.

I thought you guys were exagerating until I clicked the link and saw it was an i3

Is Intel's mindshare really this big? It has Intel inside so that means it must be fast and powerful

To be fair there are some limited circumstances that the i3-9100f makes sense, though I'd much prefer a 1200 or 1600 AF, but for a £1000 PC? Not in a million years.
