I know someone who does production, I'll ask but the mic itself is not solely responsible for the effect you hear on a stream obviously compression and all kinds of factors go into the end result. Quickest thing would be to check the quality on a variety of setups, hardware and see how it plays back.
Is there a link for the broadcast and the problem demonstrated?
There's no actual problem, i guess i just expected it to be better sounding than it is.

It was through Discord and you can't really hear me a lot on the stream but hearing my voice compared to @Phate on his stream, they are massively different!

I've been searching for a head shaving thread but I can't seem to find it on the first 4 pages or a quick good of "ocuk spec me some etc"

Anyone bought some head shavers recently?

I use beard trimmers without a guard on my head and bread but I need to give the boys a trim now.

So I'm looking for some decent clippers with large guards for the top so I can have a go at short back and poorly blended sides :D

Any recommendations?

Wahl balding if shaving head.

Wahl magic clip if fading, etc.

I currently have 4 clippers and shavers 2 andis and 2 wahl.

You have to be careful with wahl they have 2 ranges. The cheap crap you get out argos and the proper stuff the pros use. You want the latter.

Well you are two different people so your voices are different. :p

Aside from Phate's mic being about twice as expensive (once you take the XLR into account), you shouldn't be having massive issues with any dedicated mic. Chances are your brother in law has Discord output volume low on his setup resulting in you being quieter. If others were louder and you were quieter then it'll be your Discord input volume which can be adjusted in the audio settings of Discord. Go into the sound settings hit 'Lets Check' and talk to yourself a bit at your normal PC volume, adjust to suit.

These make such a huge difference to getting the charcoal ready quickly and evenly - but two of them, how many are you feeding, and how big is your kettle!?

I've never used them before but know what a faff it is when you have a BBQ with hot/cold spots and some charcoal that just gets wasted and endless fire lighters etc that get thrown in to the abyss...

I've an oil-drum BBQ so it will probably take two loads if we have that many mouths, more often than not I expect to just use one. If one is enough to fill the entire thing then I'll sell the second :)

Fence Post Ground Spikes

Bolt fixings because these are actually for a screen frame / pergola which might be taken down - hence not opting for ones where the post is wedged in for good.

I basically won my choice of a new bike (so not sure it qualifies as a 'purchase' :) )

Thought I'd treat myself to try an eBike for a commuter. I chose it mainly because it doesn't look all that much like an eBike, a bit more subtle than a huge big battery in the frame.
