Sorry for the poor title, didn't know how to word it.
Basically I have a gpu that can output upto 4 monitors.
If I use 3 the gpu crashes so I can only use 2.
Is it possible to have 2 screen on the gpu outputs and one screen on the mother board output?
Somewhere said yes and another post online said no.
Cheers

Yes you can do this but your motherboard needs to support it. I used to do this on my system.

Go into the BIOS and there should be a setting called iGPU multi monitor or something in those lines. Check your motherboard manual?

I do it on my Gigabyte z370 Auros 7, main display directly in with DP. Other is on a USBC dock via HDMI. I have it like this as I plug the USBC dock running into both monitors for my work laptop.
