Predominantly I do a lot of video editing and motion graphics, but want to get back into digital art, drawing and maybe sculpting (ZBrush/C4D).

I'd really like something that I can use as a tablet on my lap on the sofa with a stylus, but also set up on a desk and use as a 'proper' laptop. I think really it needs to have Windows 10, I had considered the iPad Pro but it's not really all that 'Pro' as far as I'm concerned. For really heavy duty editing I have a 5820k desktop so it doesn't have to be a power house.

Requirements:
Really good to use with a stylus
Detachable keyboard (or can be stowed out of the way)
13in max for using on the sofa
Windows 10
Budget up to £1k

Maybe the surface pro? Lenovo yoga? HP Spectre? There are loads to choose from but reviews are a bit mixed. It'd be good to hear some opinions.

Wacom mobilestudio is an option, come in at 13 and 16 variants but are pricey. Zbook x2 is another good option with better battery life.

Both use wacom stylus technology which is highly regarded.

Both are pricey though, they tend to hold their prices as are niche products so keep an eye out on eBay for them if they are too expensive new.
