I bought the gigabyte ad27qd.

its a great monitor and all the rest of it .

problem i have is refresh rate.

I get options of 60hz ..120hz and 144hz. I play at 144hz but when i restart the pc it changes it to 120hz ..with no option of 144hz .
I have to constantly reset the monitor settings for the 144hz to show up in geforce software and the actual monitor software:

is there something im

i have a Rtx 2080 super.

Tried updating the firmware to the latest?

kind of know what you mean
but the exact circumstances elude me right now
but when i restart it may be showing 120
but if i open a game it puts itself to 144 automatically
yet on desktop some things also trigger 144
think sidebar diagnostics may do it as it might be opengl or something
i dont really notice it anymore as when gaming it always gives 144
so a slight annoyance at times i suppose but nothing major in my book anyway
