Hi peeps,

Yesterday I was gaming for a short while but started to get slowdowns for a few seconds so in the end I turned off the PC.

The room has been really warm as of late and when I went to turn the PC on again a few hours laters a heard a 'click' and the PC would not then on.

The PSU is a Superflower ledex platinum 1000w, the thing is the fan was set to eco mode so not turn on.
Is it time for a new PSU or can this be repaired seeing as stock is very low?

Thoughts would be appreciated

The initial problem doesn't sound like a PSU issue. Have you checked that all the cables are still fully connected? Heat may have made them come loose. Just push them home at both ends.
