Trying to secure erase a Samsung 120gb nvme m.2 drive via Samsung magician but it says “the selected drive does not support this feature”
This is not the c drive (that is a SATA Samsung ssd 250gb)
I’ve added it to my Desktop pc as a storage drive via a pcie to m.2 adapter. It was the c drive in my intel nuc.
It shows up fine I’ve copied what I wanted from it to the c drive now I just need to wipe it.

Any ideas?

If its going in your own machine, why are you wanting to do a secure erase? Just use disk management to remove the old partitions and format it as normal.

I did that in the end - disk management format.
Not going in my machine necessarily - not sure if my Mobo can boot from pcie adapter? Also, the adapter I have is pcie 4x and the Mobo has 1 16x (gfx card) and 2 pcie 1x
