New aero 15 -high cpu temp and Ai option.

Hi.
Just bought new aero 15 4k oled i7 9750h 16gb ram rtx2060. While gaming cpu temp sometimes jumps to around 90 c (especially with metro exodus on extreme graphics settings settings).
Fans are loud that wake up whole house but i ve heard its normal.
Im running laptop with Ai gaming and professional on edge learn plus control centre- balanced power mode with min cpu state 10% and apparently got no idea how to tweak settings with power and fans for optimization for gaming.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

I could never get the temps on mine under control, even with a repaste. It's the issue with these hot running intel CPUs in very small chassis. It's not limited to this model either, it seems to be common across most manufacturers.
