Caliper winding tool for the rears, G clamp for the fronts and if auto handbrake, disable that first through OBD port (< yes, that's a thing)
Why not use the windback kit for the fronts too? Seems a bit odd using a g clamp when you have the windback tool there.
I usually just use my fingers, or if that doesnt work, block of wood and a g clamp.
Not if they are rears with a handbrake mechanism
Because the fronts don't need winding back and two squeezes of a g clamp is far quicker that positioning the tool and winding back
So final question, to torque or not to torque. So do you torque anything like calipers, caliper carrier, location bolt. I should say I will be replacing the disc also(rear).
Most things I read are not to bother with torquing, it would mean buying a torque wrench.
Can you imagine the newspaper story if this guy ends up having an accident.
