I don't get it either. Plenty of people with deep pockets about, but I don't understand them.Haha what a joke I only paid 689 for the 3080, Although it's only a Zotac trinity with only 5% power headroom without a bios but £30! Who the **** in the right mind would pay more than 500-550 for ANY 3070 need their heads testing if you aske me.
Lets wait and see what AMD do and lets hope the prices will come down..
i want a 3070 for my other pc but i am not paying the asking price at this time
Some people pay a lot of money for something like that. I think we will too - we've seen how AMD is now charging premium prices for CPUs, let's see about GPUs.Unless AMD also jumps on the price gouge wagon and we get double teamed by team green & red.
Brexit will skyrocket pricing.
Can I borrow that magic ball of yours soon please? Wanna check when next year I'll get the 3080 I've paid for. I'll trust you my address.
Although maybe that will be the new excuses of this place when they start increasing prices even more.
better than nothing3070 distribution prices artificially high with retailers having to claim rebates from AIB's.
I wouldn't like to put any bets on the prices droppingPeople keep saying I'll just wait for the prices to normalise but as soon as the original stock has gone the pricing is very rarely the same again but only goes up as the inflated prices become the norm.
Then some retailers do "deals" where it close to the original price the product launched at.
I don't think anyone who wasn't born the day before was believing the exchange rate nonsense.
It's not the first time we've heard that though in the history of OCUK launch price increases and I'm sure it won't be the last.
