Hello, it's my first time ever ordering with OC

Just ordered and was wondering when and where would I be able to see the queue number?
And if the wait will go beyond 2021 is there a cancellation process in place?

51st in the queue for a 5950X, pretty happy with that given the website issues. Hopefully get it in a few weeks. I'm still waiting on my 3080 preorder, so I'm not in a massive rush. Thinking about switching to a 6900xt though.

An email will be sent at somepoint, it's usually Friday's if i remember correctly but it may just be a little while after ordering.
There is cancellation procedures in place.

67th in the queue for a 5950x. Order time recorded by the site was 14:45:36.

Very small = Less than 10 units
Small = 10-30 units
OK = approx 50 units
Large = 75-100 units
Very large = 100+
Dream = 250+

Worst case. Small at the lower end of the range continues to drip in to OCuk. Could be anytime up to end of December, or even in to 2021, which seems unlikely given everything said previously.
Best case. Two or three weeks with an acceleration of stock availability ramping up over the next few weeks.

Businesses don't pay until the item is delivered to them, then typically get 30 days to 30 days end of month to pay.
By which time most of the stock has been sold and paid for as its sold to the public.
