Anyone know if the ROGG Strix B550-E will turn on with nothing connected?

Does anyone know if the above board will turn on with just the 2pin and 24pin power connectors plugged in?

Im waiting for the rest of my parts to turn up. I just installed The board and PSU in my case ready. But when I press the power button the fans dont spin up or anything.

Guessing it will once the CPU etc gets installed but thought the fans would spin.

Motherboard will only come on when using the bios flashback feature.

Ive just used that feature and only the green light on the back io was flashing.

I think that's all it does on that board from reading some other thread , should falsh for a couple of minutes then stay solid to indicate its finished..

I dont have that board so not a 100% sure.
