Yeah that ones now outdated if your on the latest agesa. Newest one is ctr. 2.1 rc5 but that’s beta and only available if you subscribe to the creators Patreon page. The new version is a step up and a lot more stable. Also features px single core boost.

Might explain why it won't work for me (I'm on latest BIOS for X570 Tomahawk).

I completely misread your CPU as a 5900x instead of a 3900x... sorry about that. However, I think if you are hitting 92c then you are still being thermally limited from achieving higher clocks. Try setting a -20 negative offset on all cores (assuming you can do that on Zen2).

I ran the diagnostics on my 5900X just to see what it reported, said it was a platinum sample. I just run mine at stock as days of tinkering with curve optimisers for a few meagre percent of performance is worthless to me.

I have a 'Silver' 5900x (air-cooled). See my stats on the Ryzen 9 excel sheet the tool provides under the user ID 'henry'.

I found that the tool struggled with errors with my heavily OC'd RAM, but was happier when I set that back to XMP (3600).

I also found CTR was happy to set my CPU profiles to 4425 MHz on both CCM's (or around that level) for high-CPU use (83%+). But then, when I thrashed the CPU under Nicehash calculations (which pushes it WAY harder than Prime 95, in my view) it hit 90 degress and throttled very quickly indeed! This tells me that the 'Tune' function (in the 2.0 R5 release) isn't making the CPU work hard enough to get the highest heat in tests It's ok for gaming Im sure, but not for top-end carnage :)

Using a Noctua NH-D15s chromax.black on my 3950x, MSI MEG x570 UNIFY motherboard. Mine is only Bronze unfortunately. Although CCX3 has a higher CPPC than CCX4, the latter overclocks a bit better.

Code:
CCX COEFFICIENTS
CCX# 1 0 CPPC 185
CCX# 2 0 CPPC 168
CCX# 3 0 CPPC 152
CCX# 4 0 CPPC 136

New version out now, which works for me... golden sample. 5900x with Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280.

DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
CPU VID: 1099
CPU TEL: 1048
Max temperature: 57.36°
Energy efficient: 4.17
Your CPU is GOLDEN SAMPLE
Recomended CCX delta: 25
Theoretical maximum CCX delta: 50
Recomended values for overclocking (P1 profile):
Reference voltage: 1175 mV
Reference frequency: 4425 MHz
Recomended values for overclocking (P2 profile):
Reference voltage: 1275 mV
Reference frequency: 4575 MHz
Recomended values for undervolting:
Reference voltage: 1000 mV
Reference frequency: 4075 MHz

However, the fan curve on ALF (Has anyone called it that before? New trend?) does not ramp up until 60C, so I might get a better result if I increase fans.
