I've always been paranoid that when I've phoned my ISP that the woman sat on the other end is able to see what a dirty barsteward I am and i'm sat there kind of awkwardly tbh…
Well one time a woman did try to start up a conversation with me...lol

I really feel sorry for women. They literally can't even be polite when working as a Customer Service associate without being accused of being aroused by your browsing history.

I think the answer to this is that they certainly will.

The chances of the standard help agents you talk to on the phones being able to see it however are slim to nil.

The customer service staff are not going to have your browsing history. They have no need to access that information.

Your ISP absolutely does have it but that doesn’t mean their staff can just access it for any reason.

They will certainly keep logs, but I doubt that customer service will have access to those logs. Most of your internet traffic will be encrypted so they can only see the domains you connect to, not the specific web address. A simple solution to prevent your ISP from keeping logs is to use a VPN, I'd recommend AirVPN or Mullvad.

I pity anyone who has to go through my internet history - my recent history in one browser on one system alone is 75456 items! in fact if anyone did I'd worry for their sanity trying to make any sense of it given the vast range it covers, etc. - it probably should have an advisory.

come again?

He already has, you might have to wait a while for another one.

I have a work colleague who is doing a course in psychology and her final dissertation is on pornography and prostitution. Pornhub actually publish their site search statistics and it’s quite surprising what are the main search categories by countries are.

No because I use a VPN and Tor to obscure my browsing history from the Orwellian morality police.
ISP can still tell what websites you visited even with a VPN. Y'all need bigger tinfoil hats if you want them to be totally unable to log.

For me, I use a VPN to spoof my country to get around YouTube blocks. However, what is the point of a VPN if you're trying to hide something and the ISP can see the VPN logs?

Not familiar with Pr0nhub, but I think as long as it's legal, then you don't need a VPN? I think ISPs / police will be more interested in people who use illegal pr0n, torrent sites, terrorist plots etc.
