Any card can be watercooled using a universal block but that only cools the core and you have to work something else out for the memory and VRM's. Full cover blocks are better as they cool eveything that needs to be cooled on the card but are more expensive and depends on the manufacturers making a block for your particular card. I did a quick Google for blocks for your card and there is the Alphacool Aurora Plexi GPX Eisblock (not a particularly goodlooking block in my opinion) and Bykski Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse Full Coverage GPU Water Block but these are not sold by OCUK so am unable to provide links. There may be others as well. Going down the watercooling route is expensive as you alsom need a pump, reservoir (or combined pump/res), radiator, tubing (hard or soft), fans for the radiator and a good coolant with all the needed additives to prevent corrosion and algae build up. I swear by Mayhems X1 and their tubing is the best value for money on the market.
