Do you need a RGB header for that? My son's mobo doesn't have one
Right. I think i've used bit less than 2 metres of that sleeve for what i've got in my 011 dynamic.
So to get it all working i used following:
2m Sleeve - 12.49£
2m 100led/m WS2812b 5050 strip - 11.31£
Arduino leonardo micro with corsair lighting protocol (NodePro Scale) firmware plus bits and bobs ( wires, connectors) ( info about Corsair lighting protocol can be found on Github) - 7-10£
All controlled by iCue as device recognised as NodePro
Total - around 33-35£
It worked out cheaper than Phanteks can offer, and it's a snug fit (literally at the bottom fans are holding it in place tight)

Thanks pal.

But now you have sort of put me off. I might be putting a rad at the bottom. There usually a little bigger than a fan so it might not fit.

I'll be putting the rig together tomorrow so I'll have a better idea.

Thanks for the help.

Looking at this case again, how are people powering 9 fans? My board only comes with 3 fan headers, also no room for a fan controller? Don't want them going 100% all the time.
