Stability adjustment / SNR Margin setting on some Asus VDSL routers

Does this setting work well? I'd like to use it to reduce the errors on my FTTC connection, I'd try to set the SNR target margin to 9DB (default is 6DB on Openreach's network).

I've seen some cheap Asus VDSL modem routers around, so I think it might be worth it, for a more stable connection.

What's the cheapest Asus router with has the Stability adjustment setting?

Note - My line doesn't have G.INP enabled (ECI cabinet).
