Syndicate! That game was super addictive on the Amiga! in 1993. I never played the DOS version, but, I'm surprised, it looks far better on the PC version and it has immersive music in the background.

Wow I remember Syndicate. Awesome game. The music when enemy agents are nearby is just so memorable!
Used to be able to abuse the persuadatron on one of the earlier levels, if you knew what you were doing, so you could persuade enemy agents and end up with a roster full of level 1 upgraded agents, which really helped. Used to love just trying to mind control everyone and having a huge army.
