Company SummaryYou have heard of the company called Digital River? They have the exclusive contract for distributing AMD parts. So now that is established, so pester the **** out of Digital River and stop blaming AMD. Its almost as if your name should be CAT-THE-SHILL
But how do you know how much the 6700XT was 'meant' to be??? It's price was set during GPU crises when prices are high.
The 6800 was set when prices were low.
When you go to the petrol station, BP are wanting say £1.30p a litre yet over the road ASDA are selling the same product for £1.11p its your choice which one you transact with. You dont just roll over and die fill up at the BP station and the clerk says "its price was set during the crises". Over time you digest how much petrol should be, and you accept its not fixed everywhere, but you do your best to get it as cheap as you can because spread over the year it makes a big difference.
BP just needs to advertise RGB gamers petrol and they can charge £5.20 a litre, and next year gamers will demand it goes up by £2,but drops its octane rating by 20.
AMD are not evil, but just as I did last year with nvidia you have to dissect whats in front of you. This time AMD has missed that own goal in front of them and that muppet on twitter saying there will be plenty of stock goading nvidia should have been pumped for it. Then he went on to share he bought one, you couldn't make it up. The final nail in the coffin was being more expensive than nvidia, an unthinkable move if you go back to last summer where we were praying big navi was going to get close to ampere.

People to blame are the Brexit people and this Government first (are you seeing the mess Brexit is causing ?, the silly price increases & shortages of everything now, even food..). Then AMD for not finding a company in UK to do it as Nvidia did. There is no shilling here and reality is AMD didn't care to do so, so why protect them? Then look at the silly pricing for their cards on the market that are not sold threw them.
