Looking for an App called WoW board game helper

Was created 2011 and I have tried looking in the app store with no luck. I changed my locations to US, Croatia (home of the dev). Any idea or any way to find out if it's taken off the app store. I would really like this app.

Possibly they didn’t update it for 64 bit iOS and therefore can’t be run nowadays.
