Intel-based Mobo with 8+ SATA Ports and iGPU for unRAID?

I'm looking to replace an ageing unRAID server but struggling to find a motherboard that meets the following criteria:-

Supports Intel 10th Gen with iGPU (likely i3-10105)
Must have at least 8 SATA ports

My current setup is on it's last legs so want to move all the drives across to a new system so the number of SATA ports is key until I can sort out a decent HBA with cooling. Anyone got any pointers for a budget of £150 - £250? Won't be having a dedicated GPU installed and not fussed about RGB or anything. Only one possibility I've seen is a ASRock Z490 PG Velocita. Gigabyte W480M W has 8 and W480 W has 10, but not sure what happens if you use both m.2 slots.

It would likely be easier to find a hba now and use any cheaper board

Thanks for the replies. I guess a HBA is the way to go but I've got concerns about using an enterprise-level one going into a consumer case that won't give it enough airflow as a server. Plus, I've already had to send back a fake 9207-8i.
