DVSA Tests availability

trying to book a slot for the other half for a theory test and its a joke...
no slots in 20 centres away from us...up to 30miles away from London
can only see September dates...
DVSA booking site is under maintenance for the last 3 days...
I get there is a backlog but this is just unbelievable...

Anyone had similar experiences and can share any advise how to get a date ?

Keep checking as people will cancel.

Edit: We are also in September.

You just have to keep checking multiple times a day for cancelations, its all you can do.

But seriously you should just book one you can get, as it's free cancellation iirc. And then keep checking for slots other folk have canceled.
