I can relate to your situation as I had a bulged disc whilst trying to be a father to a one year old. I can't offer any advice on your kids, just don't give up on yourself as being positive can make a massive difference.

Was supposed to just be a day surgery but there were complications with the nerve block they gave me (simply put, it didn’t work, so I can feel everything I shouldn’t be able to )

I’m feeling so screwed at the moment but I hope they let me go home soon.
