Ender 3 v2 X Axis Vibration Shaking

I have started seeinf this new issue which has rendered the printer as inoperative.

The problem appears to be on the x axis with the hot end assembly shaking and vibrating
as if the belt is slipping.

I truned off the machne and have chhecked all the belts and movement of the hot end assembly
and cannot find any issues.

Appreciate some advice on how to fix this issue.

Check the X axis stepper and toothed pulley on the stepper shaft.

I suspect the small set screw has come loose and the pulley is not being turned by the stepper, it might occasionally find the flat of the shaft and work briefly as seen in the video.
