Photography show is on at the NEC from the 18th of September until the 21st.

Anyone going?

£14.95 for Adults which isn't too badly priced.

I'm aiming to go on Saturday the 18th.

I have a pass, but still unsure due to covid and large crowd indoors...

Plus there is nothing i want to get really, I have not signed up for any talks either.

Not really…there are but not as much as you think, and certainly not if you include grey market.

Last time I went I got my A73 a month before it came to market properly. The reason to go is for checking out gear in persons touch and hold a camera you thought about buying (which during a time of Covid…) and for the talks from a photographer you admire.

If you are a pro you can check out various wedding albums samples in person and sometimes they give out discount codes for an order. But the food there are not cheap, I think there is a Pret and a few food stalls.

I really want to go as now looking for a new camera having sold my old gear. But being CEV, and covid, I am not convinced its safe sadly! I am so torn.

Won't be going this year, I don't think its really worth the risk. I did really want to get hands on with the new GFX gear but I'm off to London in December so will pop into the House of Photography instead and try it there.
