simple ticket system for 50 staff

hi guys

we are after a simple ticket system for 50 staff, free if possible. would be really nice if it integrated with SharePoint and use staff's office 365 (azure) login details.

any recommendations?

Spiceworks don't support Azure AD login details so no unfortunately.

Any other ticketing system? It doesn't have to be free

ManageEngine service desk maybe? It’s been so long since I’ve used it, but I seem to remember they allowed a specific number of users before paying.

If it’s just basic stuff, could Sharepoint be used?

Another vote for Jira, we use it for a dept of 60-70 staff for simple issue reporting and service requests. Works well.

50 staff actioning tickets or 50 staff with the potential need to raise tickets? It can make a big difference to licensing costs and options.

I'll throw a vote in for freshdesk here. Various levels of features depending on what you need/are willing to pay for, although AD integration is only available on the higher tiers.
