No, the 128-bit memory interface tanks the performance to pretty much useless levels:

The performance difference is different literally every time you change servers and how many accounts does he have? the game gets locked out of your origin account everytime you change GPU's, that's 10 accounts.
There's no way AMD is going to give the 7600XT performance on a level with a 6900XT considering the current 6600XT only got the performance of a 5700XT while also costing more.
My guess is that this will be the 7700XT and the 7600XT performance will land Between a 6700XT and 6800 non XT.

Little bit dramatic.
You wouldn't be using this card for 4k, like you wouldn't be using a 3060 for 4k.
The 6600XT easily beats out the 3060 at 1080p
But not for 600 euros. Never!
This card should cost 150 euros, and they charge 4 times more! The scalpers!

Well yes, the issue is cost not performance. Performance is between a 2070 super/3060 and a 2080/3060ti.
I would say the card 'should' be sold for $279 to $329. MSRP is what $379? Street price is $400 to $600 dollars here.

RTX 2060 was $349 on release (which was kinda where prices were ramping up by Nvidia taking the royal P with things.).
The lack of a decent amount of cache and low bus has potential to be an issue for future games though, take farcry 6 for example where it's barely faster than a 5600XT.

Its a 128 bit memory controller dGPU,and only has 32MB of Infinity Cache(AMD themselves indicated that 64MB is ideal for 1080p),so it realistically should have been priced at most around $279 for the base models,which was the RX5600XT price.
That would at least yield around a 33% generation on generation improvement. You should ideally targetting at least around 30% to 40% performance improvements per generation. For example the RTX3060TI was around a 36% improvement over the RTX2060 Super.

I was accounting for inflation. Cheaper would be better, and it is clear it is a VERYYYYY heavily budget made card. Stripping down to 8 lanes and 128bit is the extreme clear indication of this.

But the other 6 series cards are just as bad if not worse.
MSRP looks to be 369 euros, so the cheapest one is not quite double the cost.

Someone should give data about how many consumers who had been previously considered budget conscious and enthusiasts can now buy with these scalper prices.
This is a card that should be entry level, but is charged with the enthusiast level pricings.

All I know is, both Nvidia and AMD must be extremely happy right now.
Like torturing someone and be happy for your crime. Very low ethics and mindset. It betrays the whole gaming community.
The gamers will return "the favour" multiple times. Resulting in potential heavy sanctions for the criminals.
I wonder if they mean 5 or 6. Or maybe early batches on 6nm then later ones on 5nm.

Another FE card for me then. I ain't paying no middle man to scalp me. Happy to go AMD if they can do what Nvidia do with the FE and deliver MSRP prices.
