Utter legend, let's just say I had issue yesterday ended up travelling a fairly long distance to Stoke and not figuring out they aren't open on a Saturday apart from click and collect, I made enough noise for Mick to see what the hell was going on explained my issue and he went above and beyond to try and help me out.

Don't know who his boss is but that chap needs a pat on the back.
