I would suggest Victoria (German single shot film) as it stays within a small region of Berlin. Don't think it's strictly high concept but it's cool.

Seems to be some conflicting ideas as to what high concept is. Can someone explain it to me? Thought I understood but then maonayze ruined it (no offence! :)).

I watched Coherence on the back of this thread and thought it was excellent.

Also watched 'The Shallows'. Good film, had some really tense moments!

Watched another one recently - Standoff with Lawrence Fishburne and Thomas Jane. Simple film with excellent performances. 7/10.

Also remembered another one that fits in this category is A Field in England which I thought was film of the year when it came out.

Moon has always been a favourite of mine. Must checkout some of the suggestions here.

How about Vanishing Point (1971)? Not sure if it entirely fits, bit of an anti-hero road movie but beyond the movie-long car chase and stunts it does have some existential undertones.
