I don't know why they removed the Hoffmeister kink from the M4 but not the M3. The M3 still looks great because of that and the proper rear arches imo, but the M4 looks like an A5.

M4 is just a big no no. M3 looks better but that grill is just too much and very colour sensitive.

I agree with others here, I think the new 4 series looks very A5 from the side profile. I wasn't even particularly keen on the looks of the F3x 4 series coupe (though the GC is nice looking). I think the 3 series has been the better looking car through both F & G series.

That's literally what it's doing. It's not a 90-degree angle. It's nowhere near as pronounced as before, but it's there.

It's not really. The hoffmeister is supposed to point towards the front of the car.

That isn't a Hoffmeister kink, it's completely the wrong shape.

That is just more BMW ugly weirdness. They put too much metal above the rear wheels and made them look smaller than the fronts.
