rapid ticking noise

i just moved house and now i turn my pc and its fine but after a few seconds this rapid ticking noise starts. i thought it could be a wire in a fan but that doesnt seem to be the case. im tempted to say its coming from my heatsink but im not completely sure. heatsink is a

Heatsink is "dumb" pile of pieces of metal and can't make noise.
But fan attached to it can make noise.

And ticking noise definitely sounds like wire going into fan blades.
You could try stopping fan for few seconds by pressing center hub by finger to see if noise stops with fan's rotation stopping.

I looked again and there's isn't anything in the fan. It's weird that when starting my pc it doesn't make the noise but a few seconds after it starts.

I tried decreasing and increasing fan rpm and the ticking noise does change with fan speed.

I think what might of happened is the SSD mount holder thing on my next h400 is loose and I've just moved house. When I got my pc out the box it was rolling around inside. I think perhaps it could have damaged a fan.

I've contacted noctua about replacement
