This is where we identify the two different scales used, I guess, as one is a disassociation of your mental from your physical where the other is an obsession over your physical regardless of any actual mental association.

Either way, both require intervention at the mental.

However, it appears we are more willing to allow intervention of the issue which doesn't have any direct link with the mental, as opposed to the one which does.
